I rarely buy vintage clothing. I do however plan to visit San Francisco and Florida one day for this sole purpose; because I hear their vintage shopping is insane. Apparently everything comes from rich and slightly 'colourful' old grannies, who 'donate' Chanel- seriously! I usually stick to accessories; which is great as having such a stylish mum (well in her time she says) who has already passed down a Moschino belt and a Louis Vuitton duffel bag, I've picked up these two gems:
She gave me the studded bag when I was 14, and I've worn it to death. It's actually falling apart, as you can see from the stains (eek!). Can you believe she was going to give the doctor bag to charity? Sounds like someone ate some crazy sauce!

ReplyDeleteOh you lucky thing, my mum says she has some gems hidden away so I'm raiding her closet once I go home at Christmas! And doctor bags are so cool, I'm hoping to have a lovely one like yours when I go on call haha!!
