Happy New Year!

(Jacket: threefloor, Top: Chinti & Parker, Jeans: Cheap Monday diy, Shoes: Louboutin Pigalle Plato)

I'm not sure when you're supposed to stop saying that...?

So I've not blogged in what seems like forever, but I'm back to give it another go yo!

Prancing around in this ridiculously amazing chicken/faux sheep coat by young brand three floor (check them out) and my new Louboutins al la boyfriend (yes yes yes)! This coat sheds on everything, bear that in mind and is absolutely massive, but I kind of like looking like a snowman!

Btw these shots were taken with my amaze new Motorola Razr i, which I've been using a lot over Christmas as it has a pretty sweet full screen 8mp camera, is much thinner than my iPhone (and obvs a million times smaller than my slr) making it perfect for carrying around in your pocket.

More info on the Razr i HERE.

C Whitt

(headband//clare whittingham//shirt//uo//dress//topshop boutique//chucks)

I'm back from New York, the weather is glorious, and I've spent most days playing in the park!

Before I left I was sent this gorgeous floral headband by Clare Whittingham, otherwise known as the pint-sized wielding maverick! Now, far from what I'd usually wear, (or what she'd usually design) this un-cutesy headband has spiked studs poking out from otherwise pretty flowers.
I first met Clare a year ago when I worked at the pr company that represented her, and she blew me away. We chatted away about her love of comic books and Mad Max! A self-taught designer, she spent her days welding wheelchairs (really!) and the rest of her time designing headbands, chest plates and shoulder accessories out of metals. I'm especially a fan of Clare for challenging the stereotypical ideals of women and femininity... a bit like this headband.

thanks Daniella for the photos.

Lfw Outfit: Day 4

(Coat: see by Chloe @ wishwantwear, Boots: Ann Demuelmeester, Bag: Alexander Wang)

As promised here is what I wore on day 4 of LFW. These boots are so comfy I could wear them all day, meaning they were the perfect choice for a day of rushing around.

BUT how amazing is Chloe coat??!! - It was so soft, it was like wearing a hug! I borrowed if from Wish Want Wear; a dress and accessory hire site with some amazing pieces, and didn't want to give it back! It was so perfectly OTT-chic that I kept the rest of my outfit really simple.

lfw Outfit: Day 5

(Jacket: Theory @ My-Wardrobe, Top & Shorts: H&M, Cardigan: C/O: Urban Outfitters, Shoes: Prada, Bag: Alexander Wang)

As soon as I get the shots of my outfit from day 4 I'll post them, but for now this is what I wore on day 5. Loving this booty-shorts-suit from H&M, and the softest black leather jacket from Theory (one of my new fave brands) at My-Wardrobe.

Lfw Outfit: Day 3

(Jacket: Zara, Cardigan: C/O Urban Outfitters, Jumper: JW Anderson,
Jeans: River Island, Shoes: burberry, Bag: Alexander Wang)

I admit my outfits have been a bit lacklustre. I only had a couple of shows on Sunday, to which I was very much dressing for warmth. This is what I wore to the Louise Gray show at the Topshop Venue (very cold fyi). It was such an amazing show, and you'll love the pictures once I get round to catching up on my show coverage. Soz babes.

Lfw Outfit: Day 2

(Vince sweater & M Missoni trousers C/O my-wardrobe, Acne shoes,
Zara jacket, Alexander Wang bag, drugstore beanie- ha!)

Yesterday was cold and raining, and by the time I dragged myself out of bed to get to Spijkers, it was over capacity when I got there. FML!
So anyway this is what I wore to stay warm(ish) in the cold. The last shot is by Jen, and I really can't remember what I was smiling about as I was freezing!

LFW Outfit: Day 1

(Shirt & Jeans: C/O Urban outfitters, Jumper: Helmut Lang, Shoes: Burberry, Jacket: Zara)

I'm really not feeling it, and plus I didn't pre-plan outfits, so ended up in jeans. I might wear denim all week. Ha.
I forgot to take a pic of my outfit until I got home, hence the scenery.

Show shots to follow...

Lately

(Coat: Isabel Marant, Shirt: Zara, Trousers: Cos, Shoes: Burberry)

I'm so tired.

So this is probably my go-to outfit as of late- trousers, as opposed to jeans, wedges and a shirt. I wore it last Thursday to a digital talk at My-Wardrobe. The jumper is J.W Anderson AW11 I got 'off-shore'* on eBay, by hounding a seller (I know my bad) after seeing it at the sample sale and not buying it. The coat is Marant. I pined for it for ages, got it and then saw this one and really wanted it instead- figures. Not really much outfit inspiration as of late, I'm not sure what I'm loving really atm apart from peplum. Hmm...

Have a great week :)

*seen on eBay, bought out of eBay, tut tut.

Today I'm wearing

1. Zara, 2. Cos, 3. Alexander Wang, 4. Burberry

Well not exactly.

Today I've been at home doing boring admin-y things. But this is what I wore yesterday. Why on the floor you ask..? Because I'm still have no luck photographer-wise, and it's too cold outside to play tag with my self-timer. In other news my skeleton jumper came. Best day ever.

Last night

(Trousers: Joseph & Shirt: 3.1 Phillip Lim both at My-Wardrobe, Shoes: Acne, Bag: Wang)

At the gorgeous Cuckoo Club for complimentary dinner and drinks courtesy of Memo Interactive. I'm loving simple chic atm; I'm wearing THE BEST EVER velvet flared trousers from Joseph, that everyone kept stroking. I liked that.

Full foodie post to come, but for now I'm heading back to bed to nurse the hangover from hell!

Snake 3.0

(Shirt & Jacket: Zara, Jeans: Nudie, Boots: Ann Demuelemeester)

Should probably cull my snakeskin obsession, right?

The other day Lexx told me to wear double snake. Obviously that's going to happen at some point.

Btw I really need a new leather jacket (something like this). Any suggestions?

Stairwell 7

(Jacket & Dress: Charlie May, Jeans: Topshop, Shoes: Louboutin, Bracelet: Maison Scotch)

I'm lucky to have the friends I have. Especially when you turn up at said friends houses' in converse, because you're panicking about not having anything to wear, and they tell you to calm down, and then proceed to dress you for the evening (leather, ponyskin and satin fyi)!

Last night I went to the Company high street fashion awards at Shoreditch House decked out in my girl Charlie May- such.a.babe!

I wish I could get more detail on this dress, but how amaze is it's open side? I can't stop giving her credit, as for her first collection it's pretty BOSS. Here's a little review on NJAL.

For more info on Charlie May click here.

p.s sorry for the crappy images, they were taken in a crappy stairwell after a crappy night.

W

(jumper: h&m // skirt: zara // boots: ann demeulemeester // bracelet: maison scotch)

Last night at the W hotel.

I was out to support my beautiful friend Jen, one of the faces of eBay's shopping outlet.

So here are the boots I bought in Antwerp; pretty comfy, albeit one size too big. I'm kind of in love with them though.
I got the bracelet on Tuesday at a press day and haven't taken it off since. I just love tat (in the nicest possible way)!

Have a great weekend loves :)

Thanks Kit for the photos

LFW Outfit: Day 3

(Sweater: By Malene Birger C/O My-Wardrobe, Trousers: Zara, Shoes: Christian Louboutin, Bag: Reiss)

Probably missing my favourite show today (Meadham fyi) because I'm sick. Caught Louise Gray yesterday and adored her quirky embellishment, and Charlotte Free= total babe.

Sorry I haven't posted any show photos, I'll get on to doing that when my brain is working.

LFW Outfit: Day 2

(Shirt & Skirt: Charlie May, Jacket: C/O Rokit Vintage, Boots: Moschino C/O My-Wardrobe)

Decked out in Charlie May SS12. People kept asing to touch the pony today... but that's ok. I'm mega sad that I haven't had time to post photos from her debut presentation last Wednesday. But as you can see the pieces are AMAZING. The shirt has a disapperaing collar and the most incredible tie up back and the skirt is pony skin.

For more info on Charlie's collection hop on over to her blog or contact her for direct orders HERE.
