Asos... Really?

Call me a snob, but I'm just gonna say it....

I've never been a fan of Asos.

I've never been a fan of Asos because the whole AS-SEEN-ON-SCREEN-thing freaked me out.

I've never been a fan of watered down celebrity looks and although, Asos have moved away from their noughties mantra, they still just kinda freaked me out. Not to mention that everything I ever ordered from them was too big.

Ok, I said it.

That said...
I am now a l o v e r of Asos.

I was minding my own business a couple of weeks ago, when I happened to be invited to their press day. I've never actually been to one of their press days, and actually had no intention of going (ok this is not sounding good for Asos but believe me there is a rainbow at the end of this one).
So, I hopped down to their HQ and what did I find...? Mountains and mountains of amazingness-Ahhhhhhhh! Their SS11 collection was the stuff of dreams... what had I been missing out on all these years?

Flares... Pleats... Sheers... Crops... High-Waists... Perspex... Suede... Crochet

I died! Was it all made for me..?

I promised you, I am not affiliated with Asos in anyway, but I've honestly never seen a high-street/e-tailer collection that I was more impresses by (or more narcissistically; been totally what I'm about).
The only thing that could have made the day better, was if they had installed swipe card machines (like the ones in the Barclay card advert) so we could auto shop. Can't believe I'm going to have to wait until MARCH to get my hands on their good stuff!
